Key Account Manager OKAIDI (01/2008-02/2011)
Okaidi is a kid’s wear brand distributed in 60 countries through 860 retail outlets.
• Reach a turnover exceeding $ 5 million for 1.5 million pieces shipped in 2010 and hit a return rate (number of orders confirmed/number of technical files received) over 25%.
• Lead the price negotiation with my 5 buyers and our main supplier.
• Determine for the targeted items the cost breakdown (fabric, CMT, accessories).
• Allocate the orders in accordance to the specificities of each manufacturer (production capacity, production lead time, minimum order quantity, AQL, price level).
• Supervise transversally 4 merchandisers, 1 shipping clerk and streamline their workflow.
Management Controller (01/2007-01/2008)
• Report the monthly sales to the GM stationed in Shanghai.
• Run autonomously the office in Hong Kong (prepare the payslips, negotiate the lease contract and insurance plans, follow up the annual leave record...).
• Prepare the annual budget, 3-year business plan and cash management statements.
• Take part in the recruiting process (post job offers, filter CV’s and interview candidates).
• Liaise with the banks and CPA firm.
