- Sourcing & Offer management: develop the sourcing strategy; offer appropriate products according to countries’ needs; ensure the best negotiation and the turnover increase ($11.5M in 2011).
- Suppliers management: source & qualify new suppliers; asset & analyze suppliers’ performances.
