• Successfully opened and managed a 40 000 m2 (from 105 000 warehouse dedicated to AUCHAN). Deliver Nation wide 6 days /week. Managed logistics contracts and 3 PL as ABX, EXEL and DHL.
• Saved the company 15% on year cost by re-organizing the warehouse flow and structure with a revision of 3PL rates.
