The objective of Gailong International is to provide consulting services, mainly but not only in the domain of high technologies, information technology and telecommunication, to help foreign companies and investors to enter the Chinese market and assist Chinese companies and organisations to attract foreign partners and investors.

Acropolis Associates is a consulting firm in human resources, head hunting, placement and recruitment. Gailong International is associate and representing Acropolis in Beijing.

I have been in charge of creating (in 2004), developing and managing the activity of the France Telecom R&D Lab in Beijing and to contribute to the development of the Group in China.
My main mission has been recently to develop innovation and R&D in IT&Telecom technology and services, building partnership with Chinese universities, academy of sciences institutes, telecom operators and equipment suppliers, VCs, start-ups and innovation centres as well as developing software outsourcing activity with tier one Chinese international partners.
When I left France Telecom China in July 2009, it employed more than 300 people in China, 200 of them working as searchers and scientists in the R&D laboratory of Beijing.

For several years I have been focused on developing relationships and cooperation with Governmental organisations and Chinese telecommunication operators to contribute building the France Teleocm Orange Group and subisidiaries leading strategy and opportunities in the Chinese telecommunication market.

As General Manager of a France Telecom Orange’s Joint-Venture in Guangzhou from 1996 to 2001, I developed financial, operational and technical cooperation with the Chinese mobile operator China Unicom in Guangdong province for the investment, the construction and the management of their GSM network.

Before joining France Telecom, I was International Manager of a French engineering company (Serete) from 1988 to 1996 and set-up a representative office in Wuhan (China) and in Tokyo (Japan). I developed several projects in various industries (automotive, pharmaceutical, defense and high technologies) in China, Japan, Taiwan, Korea.

In charge of an overseas engineering department for a car manufacturer (Citroën) where I had responsibilities from 1977 to 1987 for various project in Asia (China, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia) and in Africa.
