As former Consultant and Operations Manager, I developed skills to reduce costs, set up control methods and processes to improve the general management methodology and efficiency for different industries in Western Europe, North America and Asia (telecom, financial services, technology, transport, Quality Control).

My position at Lenovo as Program Manager allows me to work with cross functional teams (Top Management, IT, Business Transformation, Operations, PMO, Experts Consultants and vendors) to lead the Overall Solution Management of our worldwide CRM and BI Solutions.

In charge of the negotiation and contract approval process with our vendors as well, this challenging opportunity let me handle the project life cycle of a complex program.
