- Negotiate Purchasing organisation and process of JV purchasing dptmt.
- Source suppliers for company program.
- Manage the supply development with suppliers and project.
- Define, measure, control supplies planning, cost and quality performances.

- Negotiate Purchasing topics in JV contract.
- Set up organisation and process of JV purchasing dptmt
- Launch Purchasing activities of JV.

- Set up suppliers panel (prospection, audit, database monitoring).
- Negotiated contracts, in a worldwide competition strategy, to ensure the more reliable solution, from manufacturing in Asia until warehousing in Europe.
- Managed direct relationship with supplier, in project development as well as mass production, to guarantee cost, quality, and on time deliveries.
- Operations area : mainland China, Taiwan, South Korea.
- Purchasing commodities: Electronics components : Antenna, harnesses, connectors, IP clusters and information displays, Audio/Video and entertainment systems, ECU, switches...

- Purchasing turnover > 100 M€ / Automotive Wire Harness set.
- Set up the Sourcing Strategy & manage the supplier relationship.
- Select suppliers for worldwide project : Quotation, offer analysis, negociation and nomination.
- Negociate and manage the saving.
- Quality management of Supply and suppliers.
- Manage the supply, quality, production relocalization, juridic issues.
