2009 - 2010Development of the engine & gearbox strategy of Volkswagen in China in corporation with the Chinese Joint Ventures. Building up a CO2-Strategy for Volkswagen in China. Working in close corporation with Sales & Marketing, R&D, Logistics and Finance when building Business Cases for potential powertrain projects for the Chinese market.
2008 - 2008- strategic capacity planning
- installation of a business process for the strategic planning on a corporate level, including Marketing, Product Management, Logistics and Finance Department within the Volkswagen Group China and its Joint Ventures
- demand and capacity checking on a medium term (2 years) in coorporation with the Chinese Joint Ventures in order to reveal possible shortages.

Sourcing of products on the European market which create opportunities to increase sales volume with the current customers and attract new clients.
Cold calls, writing offers and treating orders. Sourcing on new markets, especially in English speaking African countries. Sourcing for tenders and sending of submissions.
