Bruce BEJM
HR Project Manager, Valinox Nucleaire Tubes (Guangzhou) - VALLOUREC
"Challenge" is for me the key-word of my career and that is why I have decided to join the Industrial Vallourec Group in China in the Strategic HR field.
After being the direct relay to the headquarter in Paris, in charge of the coordination of 5 plants, 1 technical office and 1 sales office, I have been assigned to set up, lead and manage the HR project for a new factory dealing with the nuclear industry in South of China in Guangzhou. A sharp understanding of Chinese and Western people regarding their professional careers, some good intercommunication skills and the knowledge of the different core processes are some of the needed assets to be successful in that project.
Working for a huge group as Air France - KLM, in Brussels, to the European Institutions, organizations and undertakings, has been a starter for me to evolve in a professional multicultural environment and made me acquired a strong experience in Public Relations and international communication fields.
With a background focus on International Strategy , I am motivated by learning and handling some new topics among different environments, and taking part to that huge project with so many issues makes me even more motivated to be successful.
To face the growing nuclear market, Valinox Nucleaire is setting up a new factory in Guangzhou to confort his position of world leader.
