As one Application Engineer, I supply the technical support for customers and salesmen, Service on site, providing the solution for customers and support produce technical and evaluation vision system for different customer needing and developing or debugging vision software. I also support technical training and guidance for our system integrators staff or customer staff.
Evaluate、experiment、design and develop the vision machine system. Design PC vision system using Cognex VisionPro. software. Develop program with VB.net tool. The main project that I had done such as KunShan Foxconn FPC sixty systems, DDR seventy systems, JiangNan power one hundred and twenty systems, Continental forty systems, BYD inspecting mobile battery seventy systems, Sonic seventy systems or etc.
2006 - 2008Design auto drawing machine for I-M(insert-mouldling) double material stips: works together with the plastic Injection moulding Machine and sending – orientation - plastic Injection moulding - drawing - receiving ect functions, in this equipment we using OMRON PLC 、panasonic servo Pro-face etc components;
Design CCD(Charge Coupled Device) equipment to check injection plastic of stips, it can check length、width and high of the injection plastic ,and we used Panasonic Pv310 series CCD control ,three CCD cameras ,OMRON CQM serial PLC,servo drive, pro-face systems,showing images of stips in time; and we also used COGNEX MVS 8501 frame grabber which supports up to four multiplexed cameras getting product images, we have programbered via Visual Basic and VisionPro technologis.
Design Robot auto putting Card product and CCD machine smart inspecting product’s quality, it cloud check card products using COGNEX 5100 CCD sensor;
Having finished MITSUBISH Robot moves with COGNEX 5403 In-Sight CCD sensor checking and measuring environment’s change.
And I also used ADLINK Technology(China) Co.,Ltd’s EURESYS DOMINO MELDY
collecting product’s image and PCI 8164 Motion card to control the servo motion.
