    I have been working for 20 years work experience and have over 10 years B2B business as national key account manager or sales manager in packaging industry in MNC. My two academic degrees are both food engineering for bachelor and MBA for master. During the past career, I have been employed four companies and experienced 2 industries, food & beverage and packaging industries. Before 2000, I worked in food & beverage industry. After 2000, I provided packaging solution to food & beverage, cosmetic, electronic and other industrial brand owners sectors,and knew well beer & beverage knowledge and China market. My sales models in B2B business are direct selling and dealer management. Key account management is my core value, especially diamond management. Due to complex selling for key project business, I have ability to push or influence key account's several depts., such as procurement dept. supply chain and operation network teams etc. Being a professional sales in packaging business, consultative selling is the major sales method and my achievement is to achieve decades million RMB of revenue with my team members at Videojet China and Greif China. And I am familiar with the distributor management, direct selling, key account development and maintenance and so on. My strong personality is cooperative, proactive, energetic and enthusiastic.
