In charge of implementing Sage Accpac ERP Package in the Business Unit (Manufacturing, Production planning, Inventory, Procurement & Sales modules). Covering the following types of businesses: manufacturing and trading of lab water equipment as well as water treatment chemicals, assembly and sales of standard products, Design & Build of water treatment plants
Missions (all done in Chinese):
- Process mapping, determining general planning and milestones
- Project coordination with third party consultant and a team of 8 Key users
- Risk analysis and implementation of control procedures
- Training & Support of Company’s Key users
- Optimizing cost control and building tools for sales & procurement performance follow-up
Responsibilities:
- In charge of monthly reporting to HQ, budgeting, control of costs, cash flow forecast
- Handling financial issues on Aquafab Asia (supplier of Veolia business units in Asia) and ELGA Lab China (manufacturing of Lab Water equipment)
- Developing the Balanced Scorecard for the China industrial Business Unit
- Implementing an e-claim program for the whole BU, training of users in Chinese
- Worked on various SOX and internal audit missions
- Built up an internal database with contracts’ history to improve project costing
