As a B2B Customer Support Manager, my goal is to help and assist our corporate students for any technical question when it comes to study on our website http://corporate.englishtown.com in French, English and Spanish.
I also oversee the quality service we provide to our students all around the world, I am responsible for our help section and there is probably more to come.
My main objective? Make your training at Englishtown a great experience and help you improve your English skills and reach your targets!
2010 - 2010I was in charge of the commercial development of both our consulting and trading activities in Europe, Africa and Latin America!
Responsibilities:
- Creation of trilingual commercial documents (French, English, Spanish)
- Client prospection
- Manage 7 trading projects + our consulting activity (sourcing, audit, quality controls)
- Prospects detection and projects follow up until the delivery
- Main contact between our customers and suppliers
2009 - 2009The VPC (Vodafone Procurement Company) Luxembourg is a Vodafone Group subsidiary where we centralize all the orders of Vodafone branded devices for our different Vodafone offices located in Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia, and Australia.
I am currently holding the Customer Services Manager (BtoB)position which allows me to own transaction interface to more than 10 customer accounts and up to 5 supplier accounts for all aspects of order process, which represents an annual global trading volume of 250M?.
2008 - 2008It was a 6-month-internship at WEA in Shanghai (China). WEA is an event company whose main product is the "Shanghai Expat Show" where the whole expatriate community can find all the products/services they might need in their daily life.
I was in charge of the creation of our magazine website ( www.expatmag.cn )that we were launching when I just arrived in the company.
I also developed Expat Mag distribution network in Shanghai and Beijing.
Finally, I started my commercial activity within this company where I sold advertising tools to the companies that did not have the interest/budget to invest in our exhibition. I carried out this mission thanks to an important prospection stage and also thanks to a lot of networking events.
2007 - 2007I did a 5-month-internship for the "Puro Potosino" Program from San Luis Potosi's City Hall's Economic Development Department in San Luis Potosi (Mexico).
My main project focused on doing a comparative study called "México vs. Europa: los Programas de Apoyo a las mPymes" whose main objective was to see if there was any other equivalent program both in Mexico and Europe. Then I analysed my results and suggested some recommendations to improve our program.
I also contributed to the promotion of local companies thanks to the organization of fairs/conferences as well as our website ( www.puropotosino.com ) update.
2006 - 2006I carried out a 3-month-internship at AMSI (American Marketing Systems, Inc.) in San Francisco (USA).
My main mission consisted in developing the communication of the 2 departments I was working for (Sales/Rentals of (Un)furnished properties) by advertizing the agents' new properties online and by going to a lot of networking events.
I also trained our agents on a very important website that was made to facilitate the paperwork between the agents and their clients. Following the success of that project, I trained the new interns on their tasks.
