Brief Description of Role and Responsibilities:
 Mainly responsible for the sourcing, suppliers development and buying of annually turnover of 325million US$.
 Key contact point for Buying Dept. in head office.
 Capacity management and orders allocation for 15million pcs annually.
 Responsible for implementing a global sourcing strategy, maximizing profitability, reducing lead-times, and creating a customer service organization.
 Forecasting / Budget
 Manage a dynamic merchandising team, dig down to the detail level to understand where there is a problem and recommend appropriate process and procedures that need to be implemented or changed.
 Support design team on sample development on both woven and knit categories.
 Sourcing of woven and knit suppliers, carry out vendor evaluation on regular basis for production decision.
 Facilitate effective communication and information sharing between merchandising, sourcing and quality assurance.
 Develop time schedules across internal departments, tracking performance, assuring the effectiveness on production.
 Keep current with retail operation & merchandising developments in the market
 Working with forecaster in advanced and lockdown the open capacity.
 Improve communication between buying team and Brands.
