Cassidian Communications Inc. is a 600 employees, $150m company based in the US Mainly focusing on providing Public Safety Software and solution as well as providing telecom infrastructure and software for Land Mobile Radio networks and LTE networks.

Cassidian Communications Inc belong to the Cassidian group, an EADS owned company.

My role as VP Finance in this organization covers all Finance as well as IT with a team of 40 staff.

• Financial strategy, planning, monitoring and management.
• Reporting and accounting as per regulatory, legal and group requirements.
• Contracts, agreements, general legal topic overview and control.
• ERP set-up and partnership contract management and implementation.

• Business and financial strategy and planning,
• Management and development of policies, systems and processes
• Reporting and accounting as per regulatory, legal and group requirements (IFRS and French GAAP),
• Contributing to strategic planning and development as a member of the executive team,
• Contracts, agreements, legal areas and activities overview and control,
• Corporate level negotiations (premises, acquisitions and disvestments),
• Financial, IT and procurement management,
• Company insurance policy administration,
• Health and safety policy supervision,
• Commercial and structuring project management.

• General and commercial accounting staff management (14 people)
• In charge of financial reporting and budget planning
• Management of projects such as headquarters relocation or Travel agencies incentive scheme
• Chairman of the Pension Fund Trustees – 33 M£ financial investment and 315 active members

Additionally from 1997 until 2000 :
• Trade union wages negotiation for Great Britain & Ireland
• Active involvement in the European Call Centre implementation
