Be responsible for leading the marketing communication team (16 persons) in managing, developing the marketing strategy and activities implementation of the mall.
Plan, formulate, manage and oversee the annual budget, marketing activities and media relations of the shopping mall.
Review the facilities management programs and developments to ensure that the shopping mall perform at an optimum level.
Conduct periodic market research and prepare market synopsis
Manage media, conferences, and special events to communicate company or mall news.
Maintain and promote good relations with the retail tenants,negotiate leases and attend to tenancy-related matters.
Prepare reports, budgets, re-forecasts, cash flows and analyzing variances.
Develop benchmarks for monitoring performance of key contractors.
Establish and build networking channels with tenants and agencies.
