Based in Shenzhen, Supervising our local office and In Charge of following Asia Pacific Markets (China, Bangladesh, Korea, Thailand, Phillipines, Taiwan, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Malaysia....), marketing, follow up / visits of Clients, Agents, Project, negotiation and follow up of orders.

Sales & Project Manager: Based at the Head quarters, in charge of the sales department including offers, marketing, offer follow up, negotiations, identification and development of potential clients and ,management of agents particularly in North Africa and Middle East. Active participation in the development of the overall company strategy. Order book +100 % with activation of new markets

I'm in charge Buisness Unit (40 people) particulary of the sales( 7 people) and the execution for the Indian market. Our client are manufacturers who are builing new factories to produce Textile(spinning, weaving...), synthetic fibers, non wooven, fiber glass. We are doing the design, supply of equipements, installation and maintenance of the air treatement (control of humidity, control of temperature, filtration, waste collection).

- General Manager supervision of the organisation, products, design, purchasing, logistic, workshop, finance turn over 3.0 M€ / year
Supervision of the execution of the jobsite in China 2.0 M€ / year
- 6 months in Mexico coordination of the installation of the air conditioning for a Fiber glass factory (Vetrotex) 2.0 M$

Business Manager:
In charge of the costs calculation, the conception, the carrying out, the fulfilment of the contract terms, the business relations and the management of the different teams involved in the operations. Responsible for the control of the suppliers orders, for the working hours and for the financial health of the operations.
