- To develop the products for Quechua.
- To design and prepare the tests for heat transfer and fastener buttons, and create conception rule for them.
- To create the procedure to control fastener buttons on finish good.

- To control and approve pre-production samples for Global kids’ clothing orders of shanghai office.

- Having knowledge and experience for Brazil, Mexico and Canada garment market.

- To analyze monthly and yearly department reports, including department performance report, suppliers’ performance report, and evaluation of team members.

- To prepare supplier training seminar, as a trainer for “kids’ global garment safety issue”.

- To assistant ADM dept to arrange Outing, Christmas Party, Donation and the culture programmer.
