Focus on:

1.corporation legal affairs, including corporate governance, commercial deals, business contracts, labor issues, commercial disputes(litigations and arbitrations).

2.mergers & acquisitions, including division of companies, mergers among companies, share/equity interest subscriptions, assets purchases and so on.

3.IPO, including both onshore and offshore IPO, acting as the legal counsel of the company or the underwriter, issuing legal opinion and work closly with other intermediaries. and

4.civil legal affairs, including but not limited to foreign-related marriage affairs, tenancy, family and inheritance issues.
