2009 - 20101. Check all the quality process of sample, pre-production, in-line and final inspection.
2. When TD accepts the measure data of garment, we must check the quality of sample as same as the production process. And make sure the main technical point can be done by factory. We can approve every quality point with factory production manager in pre-production meeting. Make sure production comply with our standard.
3. Using the Total Quality Management and Process Control Management in production. We must be sure that the operator action is same with our technical standard. When the quality problem be found, we must timely deal with people in production management and make sure the improving action is right. Make sure the fabric, accessory, Logo, washing label and content all the detail of garment is right.
4. When we are ready to do final inspection , must check every detail be approved for example testing report, package standard, and bulk quantity and label. If we found the quality problem in final, we must ask factory to do improving action now as our quality advice. We can be sure the right delivery by actively action.
5. According to the ISO9001.Help factory to be founded the quality system and update in production cooperation, so the factory can make sure the quality comply with our standard and the delivery no delay.

usual go to inspect fabric defects by 4 point america, pre-find the potential risk and check other testing(shrinkgae&twist).
for the garment insepction check the defects(sewing,color matching,label)by AQL.the risk was out of control,will ask the supplier to improvel.
When we checked with the quality of garment, must take more document as fob sample, size table, approval color sample , technical and package to factory. Checked every detail as we request. Sometime our document or factory was not right , I must contact our company to make sure which one is right.
According AQL2.5 and our request (label, washing, logo, color off, shortage), we must careful check quality of garment in supplier factory.
When I inspected in-line, and the every procedure of making be as a point of the quality management , checked the detail with our request. It is very easy and simple to reduce the risk of defect production.
Textile is special kinds, I think that can use the procees management. Because the risk of quality was taken part to every procedures. If we can controll in every process, the rate of bad production is small and small. in-line is first and final second.
According to the inspection results of every week, we will hold a meeting with supplier to their quality, and told them to improve the usual defects and action. I have learning more knowledge from book as knitting fabric merchandise&technical of garment making and quality management of garment and workshop.
About in 4 years i continual to research and learn the quality with produce&costing relation and detail of quality management.

According to the 4 points standard, inspeted the fabric quality. When the problem happen, Must evaluate the risk of the quality and send advice to improve fabric quality .
