Contract Logistics

· Assist Logistics Operation Manager in implementation of new projects (Writing of SOP, working instruction, user guide)

· Assist bidding team to collect costs, verify budget



Quality Management

· Record non-compliance of operatives compared to SOP/ ISO procedures

· Harmonize documentation (billing, delivery note, etc)

· Suggestion, Selection, deployment of service quality KPI

· Meet with suppliers to collect product and market intelligence (trucker, landlord, developer, packing material)

· Liaise with customer (if native English speaker) on specific projects, monthly contract review

Product manager :

- Launching a new product range, product development monitoring,
benchmarking product, selection of industrial partners, calcul of makings
cost calculation.
- Choice on the distribution system, market developement, market structure
analysis, define the marketing positioning, identify opportunities for
the development of the company.

Project manager :

- Program and implement a database on Microsoft ACCESS to create a
database to improve the quantity of daily work.
- Performance analysis and identification of optimisations levers,
adjustment of the transport planning, optimization of the key
performance indicators.

=> Monetary profit (31500€/months).

Multi-tasks freight agent :

- Quay Manager: Management of 15 loader and assistance with the carriage
manager.
- Carriage Agent: National chartering, customer’s problems, planning of
loading, etc.

Operational director assistant :

- Plateform management, consolidation of freight, distribution agent.
- Operation on platform, expedition, arrival and dispatch in a star
formation.

Chartering :

- National Chartering, customer quotation, customer portfolio management.

Airstrip coordinator assistant :

- Air plane assitance, traffic control management on the ground.
