IFA Paris - Fashion Design School

International Fashion Academy, better known as IFA Paris, is a multi-disciplinary fashion school that offers undergraduate and graduate programs in design, technique and business on its campuses in Paris and Shanghai.

IFA Paris's mission is to provide young fashion professionals with the skills and attitude necessary to become leaders in international fashion & luxury companies and, at the same time, to strongly encourage its graduates to lead the way in shaping the next generation of fashion design.

IFA Paris currently enrolls over 900 students from around the world at its Paris and Shanghai campuses.

===Paris School===

IFA Paris was established in 1982 to combine the French fashion heritage with the modern globalized world. As the only school in Paris offering all its undergraduate and graduate programs taught in English, IFA Paris caters to a highly international student body from all corners of the world.

IFA Paris is registered at the Academie de Paris under the Ministry of Youth, Education and Research and is also listed on Campus France, the French national agency for the promotion of higher education.

The school is located in the historical garment district of the 10th arrondissement, a dynamic and increasingly trendy quarter surrounded by fashion and photos studios, press agencies and an alluring street of offices and boutiques representing the world's most prestigious fashion houses and designers including the fashion house of iconic designer Jean-Paul Gaultier.


===Shanghai School===

IFA Paris has become the leading fashion school in China and is unique in demonstrating its dedication to success by bringing the best, mostly French, professional fashion instructors. In partnership with the Shanghai University of Engineering Sciences, IFA Paris established its school in Shanghai in 2002, the first-ever Sino-French joint venture in fashion education approved by the Chinese government.

IFA’s Shanghai school offers a unique opportunity to international students who wish to gain insight into the world’s fastest growing fashion and luxury market while receiving the same high-quality curriculum taught in English as in Paris.
