FFG has WFOE (Wholy Foreign Owned Entreprise) set up in Guangzhou in 2009.

It is manufacturing backpacks, bags, rucksacks for different markets and differents customers.

Customers include military products, LAFUMA bags and many others.
Factory is around 100 people, including 10 admins.

My role is is to supervise accounting and finance (P&L, tax, financing, statements), ensure proper internal control (separation of duties), improve internal and operation processes, optimize profit and take part in factory organization and operations.

- Industrial Controlling: material consumption reconciliation / check inventory accuracy and provision in ERP
- Planning: Budget Management and prepared medium term business plan
- Validate prices/costing and project’s margin for commercial offers
- Monthly financial statements
- Monitor and control Fixed Assets investment and movements
- R&D Controlling: monitor R&D efficiency; follow up updated projects costs and revenues, monitor capitalization of hours and projects depreciation

* Internal Control (SOX – LSF)
- Ensure internal control process with the financial controller
- Define and enforce processes and carry audits of risks and implementation

* Reporting
- Financial Closing: monthly and yearly reporting
- Reporting of Key Performance Indicators and activity

Promoter of wine, sales agent in markets and fairs, office tasks
