Followed by 1 year as manager of a buying office in automation & security products, in Shenzhen-CHINA
I have work experience in France and have been 4 years in China now.

FFG has WFOE (Wholy Foreign Owned Entreprise) set up in Guangzhou in 2009.
It is manufacturing backpacks, bags, rucksacks for different markets and differents customers.
Customers include military products, LAFUMA bags and many others.
Factory is around 100 people, including 10 admins.
My role is is to supervise accounting and finance (P&L, tax, financing, statements), ensure proper internal control (separation of duties), improve internal and operation processes, optimize profit and take part in factory organization and operations.
