I like to work in an international context in supply chain field. I have recently joined a french company with offices in Shenzhen, China as Supply Chain Manager.
I have several experiences in different countires such as china, singapore, france, czech republic. I m open minded with good sense of chasing results and eager for new things to learn.

2009 - 2011Production Manager : in charge of Production (8 workshops, 500 workers), PMC, Logistics, Warehouse and Maintenance activities in a factory producing painting tools (brushes, tools, poles, rollers)
Main achievement :
- increase production by 20% each year
- reduce overstock by half (from 20 millions rmb to 10 millions rmb)
- implement preventive maintenance to reduce machine breakdowns
- implement regular logisitics tenders to cut transportation costs
- ensure relative department are following ISO and FSC procedures
2008 - 2009OEM Project Buyer : Sourcing activities
2 main commodities :
- OEM cells (20 Millions Usd a year)
- PCB (2 Millions Usd a year)
Source new suppliers, review and evaluate bids through RFQ process, maintain AVL and prices up to date
Conduct regular meeting and audit with suppliers to maintain and improve prices, product quality and delivery.
Report supplier performance indicators, savings to Corporate Purchasing manager.
Implement supplier contract and supplier Non Disclosure Agreement.
2007 - 2008Project Coordinator in Czech Republic:
For a new subcontractor of the company i m working for, i was sent to Czech Republic for approx. 1 year to settle the operations.
> Project management
> Coordinate the action between the department of the company (engineering, supply chain, marketing, IT, finance) and a new subcontractor of the company.
- coordinate the developpement of the product to be on time (Marketing, engineering)
- coordinate the purchasing activities to ensure the activity is done at the correct prices (purchasing)
- coordinate the implementation of EDI messages between two companies and temporary solution of work (IT)
- coordinate the logistics activities to ensure the inbound and outbound process is properly done (Logistics)
- coordinate the supply chain activities by providing forecast, orders to the subcontractor (supply)
2005 - 2007Planning and Material Control supervisor (from May 2005 in China) :
> PMC team management (6 people)
> Procurement and production planning management.
> Reorganization of procurement and production planning in the manufactory :
- Set up the SOPs (Standard Operation Procedure) of PMC activities.
- Set up temporary procurement and production planning system.
- Launch the procurement and planning system of the ERP .
> Assist in Global Supply Chain improvement project : Set up safety stock, economic quantity and lead time to maintain a customer service of 85 %.
> Coordination between the French Supply Chain and the factory.
Supply Chain planner (3 month in France) :
> Define, review and follow production and purchasing schedules according to confirmed sales order, forecasts and historical trends.
> Release and monitor production orders according to the plan.
> Collaborate with customer service regarding the product availability.
> Monitor and report on inventory status, both on finished goods and raw material.
2004 - 2004Internship as Logistics Project Executive from May 2004 to November 2004 :
> Assist in launching the new Asia Pacific logistics platform of LVMH, Perfumes & Cosmetics.
> Train people to use the Exceed Warehouse Management System and the Radio Frequency device.
> Write and set up the SOP and Quality procedures.
> Analyse and improve customization operations:
- Set up and manage operational planning for the kitting of the products.
- Improve and manage the Access database recording the labeling operations.
- Analyse and improve the labeling operations (productivity x 1,5).
> Report all the key indicators of the activities to the Logistics Manager.
2003 - 2003Internship in the Inventories Department :
> Create and set up key indicators about efficiency of several production lines.
> Create and set up forecast indicators to improve inventory management.
> Manage the « Inventory reduction» project (3 months) on Rotor production line.
> Automate the weekly and monthly reports of the Inventories Department.
> Savings obtained :
- Inventory reduction by 3 million euros.
- Man power savings.
- Reduction of tasks with weak added value.
- Reduction of the number of hours to create inventory reports (-30h/month).
> Use of Six Sigma methods.
