Well experienced in Project Management in a complex international context of important sales (millions of Euros), facing customers and liaising with high level people, achieving localization targets (15-20% cost reduction), I am currently in charge of the the facility management, especially the extension and refurbishing of the plant.

Member of Areva T&D Xiamen Management comittee, to manage the transfer of activities from Xiamen to Suzhou
In Suzhou, in Charge of the site renovation (7 million RMB) and extension (30 million RMB).
The Suzhou site has to accomodate the arrival of equipments from Xiamen, plus the development of new production lines for new GIS products (white room class 100 000) and a new test building for testing the 500kV GIS complete bay.
2009 - 2009Industrial Project Manager
Step 1 :
A- Plan & start the production in July 09 in the partner existing empty workshop; capacity of 200 bays.
This involves defining the layout, procuring the equipment & tools, ensuring the recruitment & training, without jeopardizing the execution of the contract and the localization projects
B- lead localization projects of Bay components (Disconnectors and earthing switches)managing a team composed of R&D, sourcing, quality and production engineers (in Europe & China)
Step 2 :
New plant erection & use – covered area 23 000 m2 ; capacity of 850 bays
To budget, plan, start and complete construction in 2011 – Budget 11 million euros (incl. land and equipments)
Achievements :
• Production start on time for Bays
• 1st delivery of bays to site on time
• Achieved exceptional short Lead time of 4.5 month when European mother unit LT is 6 month
• Localization of mechanisms on time – with a reduction of costs over 15%
