- Set up the Sourcing Strategy & manage the supplier relationship.
- Select suppliers for worldwide project : Quotation, offer analysis, negociation and nomination.
- Negociate and manage the saving.
- Quality management of Supply and suppliers.
- Manage the supply, quality, production relocalization, juridic issues.
