My experience
During the eighties I discovered and learnt the passion of flavors in Grasse with local companies such as Robertet, Perlarom or Aromatech. Through this experience, I developed a good technical expertise, reinforced by numerous visits to customers. Whithin the nineties I worked as team leader for BBA (London E17) and LUCTA (Barcelone) to reinforce my European experience.
Early in year 2000 I became technical director for Sensient USA (Indianapolis) and later one I spend four years in their Strasbourg subsidiary (France). This unique experience complemented my technical skills with a vision of business which I was able to develop through my university studies (MBA).
In March 2007, Danisco offered me the position of Business Director for EU, based in Grasse, but In July 2007 Firmenich bought the flavor division of Danisco. In the current structure of Firmenich, no suitable position was available for me,
Today, I'm working in China (Guangzhou) as technical director for Wincom.
Strong points
• Technical-the expertise of the full processes of developing, and producing flavors (sweet and savory)
• Commercial-my involvement in the development of different strategies has reinforced my entrepreneurial culture and skills, essential for a leader to instigate change to achieved commercial viability and profitability.
• Management-Responsible for a multiple team, motivation and positive attitude has given me the tools to managed stress and changes in Strasbourg.
After all these years serving the food industry, passion and motivation are still for me the keys to success. I wish to share this faith with you as soon as possible.
