Daniel is now taking a sabbatical to explore his interest in the martial arts. To support this endeavor he now prepares Chinese high school graduates for admission to top US colleges.

His goal is to transfer into an international role that leverages his prior experience but also takes advantage of his personal strengths in a more active way. Dynamic and fast moving environments attract him as they match his outgoing personality and ease of building relationships.

Having worked for over 7 years in China in four different cities (Shanghai, Zibo, Qingdao and Kunming), Daniel has gained fluency in oral Mandarin Chinese and acquired first hand knowledge of the culture and customs. He has developed solid business networks with thought leaders throughout China.

As a “Project Manager” he led six (6) multi-million dollar projects in China and their corresponding global teams – each averaging around 20 people. He delivered products on-time using program management practices that prioritized features/requirements with available resources. Collaborating with managers, engineers and designers on global teams in the U.S., China, Germany and Japan, he managed expectations from multiple stakeholders.
