2009 - 2009Our goal was create a Balanced Scorecard including a value map and showing me different indicators. For the map, we identified prioritized the 4 most important categories (finance, customers, internal process and human resource). To have the pertinent indicators, we conducted interviews with different department managers.
2009 - 2009First, I performed market research to validate the project. I made a detailed analysis of the aestheticism market. I undertook a qualitative survey of the professionals to identify the different procedures in opening a beauty salon. Then, I made a quantitative study to estimate the client demand. I forecasted the future budget and I chose the legal status of the firm.
2008 - 2009I manage a team of 4 peoples. The main goal of this association was to make people aware an know sustainable development with the different actions.
Junior consultant for the market research in the project of seminars on economic Intelligence, ARTEM Information and Strategy (Issy-les-Moulineaux, France)
2008 - 2008Completion of a documentary research in “Validation of Professional Expertise and Savoirs-faires” (to validate the diploma with professional experience); and analyzed the different markets (the teaching and the economic intelligence). I developed a qualitative survey and I managed the different interviews with the firms listed on Stock Exchange (CAC 40) such as St Gobain, Total etc…
I proposed several recommendations such as organizing one day conferences on Economic Intelligence. The goal was to communicate the importance of this theory for the firm.
Internship: Receptionnist and trainee in General Management, Accor Group, Etap Hotel Southampton (Southampton, UK)
2008 - 2008I was a receptionist responsible for client bookings. In addition to this, I took on, I implemented a loyal guest strategic policy and created a database to ascertain their needs. I was actively involved in the development of the provisional budget for 2009 which was presented to the UK Head office.
2007 - 2007I was involved in a team project researching into the present terms of trade by Business to Business like ERP (software package) among professionals via Internet. We compared those trade terms to choose the best for the professional relations
