the Lead time, Quality and Cost for the supply of 7 000 tons of steel structure, supplied in
Eastern Europe, Middle East and China
• Each structure is unique with its own design and specifications. These points are technically
clarified with the supplier
• Quality audits realized for all suppliers in order to improve continuously their scope of supply.
The audits, based on expertisis, evaluate the documentation management, the quality system,
the production system, the supply and services.
• Worldwide sourcing for new potential suppliers
• New steel structure designer is selected and developed in China
• Development of new Chinese supplier for steel structure, with new painting facility

Project Purchaser for Air Fin Cooler (10 M€ per year):
• Management of procurement with purchase order or specific contracts for various
products/services in regards with the conditions of every project
• Coordinator for the supply made in Europe, Middle East, Australia, USA, India, China
• Coordinator of fans, motors procurement made for each project
• Sourcing of Erection Company in Thailand in order to assemble the Air Fin Cooler

• Management of the panel of suppliers based on innovation, brand, quality, lead time and cost
• Management of samples & production components with the suppliers
• Management of the new european standards application on all components
• Management of forecast for the components in order to improve the delivery

Outsourcing for bike assembly in China and Taiwan (7 M€ per year) based on Make or Buy study for some bikes in order to develop the business in new areas with new bike ranges:
• Sourcing of new assembly suppliers
• Quality audit for the supplier selection
• Development of suppliers depending on selected bike range
• Management of the strategical part supply

Development, in relation with R&D and marketing, of new products with the component suppliers:
innovation, design to cost, component standardization at the group level for high end bike range.
