Operating manager of Nautilus Food Shanghai Co., LTD (CHINA) since August 2005, managing a multicultural team of 9 persons.
I am in charge of a double activity:
- The development of the import and distribution of Nautilus brand in mainland China. Basically, we import canned tuna and crabmeat from Thailand and distribute them to retailers (Carrefour, Lianhua, Walmart, Metro...) and food service (Starbuck, Papa John's, Pizza Hut, Creative food, China Eastern Airline...) in China.
- The export to EU, USA, Canada, Australia of various canned fruits and vegetables and frozen seafood products processed in China.
We check the quality of each product in the factories before each shipment to make sure they are in line with the buyer's specifications.

In charge of the Export of various food products (canned but as well frozen) processed in China. We export them mainly to EU, USA, Canada and Australia.
Quality controls of the product before each shipment.
Regular factory audits and visits in whole China.
Supervise and approve all the monthly reports before reporting to the Tax bureau.
2004 - 2005Import frozen seafood products from South East Asia, Africa, India and South America.
In charge of selling these product to both Ethnic and "Traditional" markets in Europe.

2001 - 2003In charge of the management of a local team of 12 persons.
Trading company (dealing with canned and frozen food products) with a turn over of around USD30M. Working with big companies in EU (Nautilus Food, Leader Price, Seablue, Henry Lamotte, MCM, BLoc... ) and in the USA (Camerican, Atalanta, IPM, Port Royal, Bumble Bee, ACME, B&K, GFS...).
Assist and perform deep quality controls on frozen seafood products prior each shipment.
Arrange regular factory audits / visits.
