At present, I am a Process Engineer and Project Manager for MARINI CHINA subsidiary of FAYAT GROUP.

I am in charge of the Implementation of the ERP system inside the company, and the organization of the logistic system from the warehouse to the delivery service

I am native of the region of Dijon where I have grown up 22 years before to leave to follow my studies in Belfort.

I studied the project management, the conception, the ergonomic and the structural sizing. Strong of this scholar background I could put my skills in practice through my different works experiences. After a first experience which made me work on the Engineering aspect of one company, I discover and learn now the company by its Process and Logistic side.

Curious by nature and open-minded, I like to discover and understand the environment where I move. Furthermore, I m naturally attracted by the human contact and sharing the experiences from the elders conscious that no school will ever replace the years of experiences

o Reorganized the logistic including the packaging and process issues.
o Trained the workers to package the finished goods and to load the trucks safely.

o Implemented the ERP system including the training of the key users, redaction of the process.
o Created the Production Bill Of Material (BOM) used for ERP system.

o Reduced the working time developing the tool models.
o Remodeled a welding line which was a bottleneck in the process.

• Created the technical description file for each component of the sale catalogue. Document used as visual support by the sale representative to introduce the product to the client.
• Created the data base of the ERP system (SAP R3) around 300 codes.
• Completed mechanical strength test for the prototype product.

• Key member of team for the creation of a new suspension for the tractor’s cabin.
o Created the specification between the Technical Department, the Test Department and the supplier.
o Developed the suspension for the new range of tractor’s cabin. Created two prototypes of suspension, one hydraulic version and one pneumatic version.
o Searched and audited potential suppliers. Selected three potentials suppliers fulfilling the specification in term of technology, quality, cost and lead-time.
o Analyzed and compared the effect of the suspension prototypes on the cabin in term of vibration and acoustic gains.
o Analyzed the cost of the prototypes to be in accordance with the specifications.
• Key member of team for the Digital Mock-Up of the tractor.
o Created the technical characterization of the entire tractor in order to make it digital mock-up. Established the virtual inertial center of the tractor and compared it with the values acquired on the physical model.
o Modeled the entire tractor on ProEngineer in order to build the Digital Mock-Up on ADAMS (vibration modeling software)

- Reduced the noise in the cabin of 5%
- Realized the digital mock-up ready for use.
