Introduction of Lean Management practices (Toyota system) and new management procedures. Obtained ISO TS 16949 and ISO 9001 certifications. I have restructured the Management Team and increased the production capacity (37 million pieces in2009; 44 million in 2010; 68 million pieces as budget 2011). Costs and direct personnel reduction. Installed new production technologies (Fine blanking). Opened access to local and Japanese OE market. Obtained industrial patent in China and India(mechanical retention system for friction material on brake pads).
