Born in Istanbul, raised in Bursa, exchange student with AFS during highschool, University education in West Lafayette, IN, US, degree in BSIE focusing on Accounting and Statistical Process Control in addition to required courses. Quite frequent traveller, both for business and pleasure. Interns in Delphi Electronics Bursa, Ernst & Yound Istanbul, graduation project in Delphi Electronics and Safety in Kokomo. Began my career working in B-Plas A.S in 2002. In Bursa serving as a project engineer for 2 years than another 2-2.5 in Adapazari as a plant manager. Served OEMs, Ford, Fiat, Renault, Toyota, Honda, Hyundai and suppliers Toyota Boshoku and Visteon. Also served as a contract in Dunton for FORD for a term of 4-6 months. Joined MSKT/JCI in 2007 as Metal Production Manager, very shortly changed to Launch Manager where as a team performed 5 different complete seat launches within 1 year. Then promoted to be a Senior Launch Manager continuing to manage new projects, changes and facelifts. All the while focused on engineering activities to seek for further initiative as well. Now in an expat assignment in China serving as a Program and Launch Manager in a metals plant.

Currently on an expat assignment with JCI in China. Working in a metals plant serving FAW/VW, FAW and quoting to several other OEM's while launching 4 programs.
2007 - 2010Managed a team performing 5 different complete seat launches while leading one global (4 country/plant) launch. One program launched required engineering capabilities where had to manage contract design engineers along with own team to serve customer. Serving customers RENAULT, FORD and HONDA, launching programs and managing changes with own launch and release team. Playing lead role in new business opportunities, phase 1 entry preparations. Applied full use of PLUS rules, won 3 merit awards.
2005 - 2007Set-up of a new plant from scratch (construction), starting with about 75 employees and 8 injection molding machines with clamping forces ranging from 800 to 2700T's. Ended up having 185 employees and 14 machines before leaving. Meanwhile, with the team; set-up production, kick-off Kaizen and Lean Production activities, obtained ISO-TS 16949, 14001 and Q1.
