I have experienced full siebel project lifecycle, in 100+ persons projects. I am very familiar with the Siebel Database, expert in Siebel EIM. I have also demonstrated leadership skills and motivation for solving complex business and technical issues.

I also have some business support experience on Siebel,Generate Sales Report and maintain the report data in Siebel database, help the business to get the latest and correct sales report,investigation of issues, documentation and transmission to second line support team for bug resolution or enhancements
